Buyers can only dispute a purchased order after the order has been accepted by the seller and before it is marked as “completed” by the buyer. If your order has been disputed the buyer is clearly communicate to you that they are not happy with the way the order is being handled.
Disputing an order doesn’t refund the buyer
When a order is disputed the status of the transaction changes to canceled
When a dispute occurs both seller and buyer must rectify the issue within 5 days using the Stream Aid messaging system
Stream Aid is not obligated to get involved in disputes but we will step in if its absolutely necessary for us to assist
Both users can review each other after a dispute. We recommend waiting until the dispute is resolved before writing your review
