Setting up Listing Stream Alerts is easy. Listing alerts will be triggered on your live stream when a user purchases a listing from your page.

Here’s how to setup your stream alerts:

• Login to your account
• Go to your “listings page” by clicking the Stream-Aid logo on the top left of any page and then click the listings tab to the right of your profile picture.
• Once on the listings page you can copy the listing stream alert URL and add it as a browser source on your streaming software, That’s it!

You can test the alerts by clicking the test button which will trigger a test alert to be sent. Currently the alert sounds, text and images cannot be customized. We will be adding advanced customization features and more alert types soon.

Note: The Alert URL contains sensitive information. It should not be shared with anyone.
